- Complete the application. Include your current email address
- Obtain names/signatures of three current members as sponsors for your application
- Prepare a check for $50 deposit (this is a non-refundable deposit)
- Mail check and completed

Members: For a limited time, receive a one-time, $25 credit on your
2012 membership fee when you are the primary sponsor of a new senior member! Download the membership application from above and give it to your prospective new member. Sign the first
member signature line as the primary sponsor. Ask two other active senior members to sponsor the new member and sign the form.
The new member prospect returns the application, along with the application fee, to the address on the form. Applications
can also be hand delivered to Zdenka Olenik
at the Club. This credit offer can only be applied once for a total
discount of $25 off your 2012 membership dues regardless of the number of referrals. The credit is non-transferable
