Yoga sessions are offered to improve your flexibility, core strength and tennis longevity.
New! Starting July 14th, regularly scheduled 50-55 minute sessions are open to Idle Hour members for a modest fee.
Teacher:
Nick Donato is a member of Idle Hour (and was featured in Bob Strimel's Our Tennis Life blog in April). Nick is a Registered Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and has been practicing Yoga for over two decades.
Location:
Hard court 18.
When:
Wednesdays starting July 14th, at 8:00 am and 6:15 pm.
What you need to bring with you:
A Yoga mat, available for purchase at most big store locations (Dick's, Target, etc.) or from internet sites.
